Meditation can be described as the process of ceasing disruptions in the mind. Learning and gaining mindfulness skills helps clients to address the underlying processes that have been used to perceive, understand, and react to our experience of the world. As we become more mindful in daily life, we change the way we approach, think, and feel about challenging situations. As a result of this practice offered by our experienced IRC staff, we see new solutions and opportunities.

Mindfulness allows you and/or your loved one to discover new ways to deal with stress, negative thoughts and feelings, depression, and unhelpful behavior patterns.
